Working Time Software from Mandata 

On April 4th 2005, all mobile workers became subject to the Road Transport Working Time Regulations.

This has imposed a heavy and complicated administrative burden on any company that employs mobile workers.

Mandata has produced WorkInTime, a software program designed to record driver hours, whether in the vehicle or out of it. There are two aspects to the software - a website which shows hours and infringements if there are any. This website can be used to enter timesheet data directly.

For the mobile workers, there is also a program which can be run on a number of handheld computers, allowing drivers to record their activity as each day goes by.

This information is fed back to the website database, giving timesheet records as well as a snapshot of available working time left each day, week or reference period.

Easy To Get Started

Getting started is simple, and you don't need to be a user of any of the Mandata Transport software products to use WorkInTime. All you need to do is to make a New Registration on this website. Mandata will provide you with a login and then you set up your reference periods and drivers. Timesheet recording can start straight away.

You can also download the software which runs on the in-cab handhelds, allowing drivers to use the system immediately.

Two Weeks Free Trial

Once you have registered, you may use the system free of charge for two weeks. You will need to download the Direct Debit form, complete it and send it back to us. Once this is done you will be able to continue using the system after the two week trial period has expired.
